PRICING & RENTALS
Parties are held between 3:30pm and 6:30pm. Other times/certain dates may be subject to higher minimums and rental fees*. Large parties are served buffet/cocktail style unless otherwise specified.
To Reserve the Tea Room (13-19 people)
15 person minimum ($450. minimum)
$30. per person charge for food and beverage. Liquor is additional.
Tax and 20% gratuity additional. $100 rental fee for Saturday.
To Reserve the Tea Room & Lounge OR the Garden & Patio (20-29 people)
20 person minimum ($500. minimum)
$25. per person charge for food and beverage. Liquor is additional.
Tax and a 20% gratuity additional. $200 rental fee for Saturday.
In the event of inclement weather, the tea room and lounge will be used.
To Reserve the Entire Restaurant
40 person minimum ($2,000. minimum)
$30. per person charge for food and beverage plus
$20.pp minimum charge for liquor includes
(standard libation package) or upgrade.
$300. rental fee ($500. for Saturday)
Tax and a 20% gratuity are additional.
